Initial Comments:
This report is for urgent replacement of equipment, a nourishment refrigerator, beginning on March 22, 2024, located within the emergency department at Geisinger Shamokin Area Community Hospital (GSACH) campus 4200 Hospital Road, Coal Township, PA 17866. The Geisinger Medical Center attested they were in full compliance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Hospitals, 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subparts A and B, November 1987, as amended June 1998.
